We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and to offer our services (Training, Coaching, Consulting). The legal bases are primarily Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract or pre-contractual measures) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests).

When you visit our website, the following data is automatically collected by the server or our hosting provider:

This processing is necessary for the technical provision, security and stability of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is generally deleted after a maximum of seven days, unless longer storage is required for evidence purposes.

The data will be deleted once the purpose has been fulfilled and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Processing in the context of our services (Training, Coaching, Consulting)
If you commission us for Training, Coaching or Consulting services, we process the personal data required for the preparation, performance and follow-up of the contract (e.g. name, contact details, information you provide about your professional situation or goals).

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Retention: according to statutory commercial and tax retention periods (usually 6 or 10 years).

This website currently does not use cookies that require consent, nor does it use analysis or tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics). If this changes, the Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly and, where necessary, consent will be obtained.

7. Hosting
The website is hosted by an external hosting provider. The provider processes data on our behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
